• The conference participation will be free of charge.
• With your participation in the conference, you agree that pictures of the event, which may show you, can be used in publications of the TAVEC Project and media coverage.
• The conference will take place in a Zoom Meeting.
• The conference will be recorded.

Declaration of consent regarding the use of personal data

On the occasion of the Trans-Atlantic Virtual Exchange and Collaboration (TAVEC) Project between Hochschule Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Germany (Hochschulen Fresenius gem. GmbH and Hochschulen Fresenius GmbH) and Adelphi University in New York in Fall 2023/Spring 2024 Semesters are allowed to process, to store and forward my personal data within the network for the purpose of the TAVEC cooperation between both institutions and for the proper conduct of the conference. 

With this consent appropriate Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR both institutions are allowed to share my name and email address – for internal exchange e.g. internal lists of participants as well as advertising.

My data will only be stored for the duration of the Trans-Atlantic Virtual Exchange and Collaboration (TAVEC) Project till 31.08.2024 and the legal retention period.

Declaration of consent for the release of photographs, videos and quotes

The granting of right to personal data including is without compensation, and includes the right to editing, as far as the editing does not constitute a misrepresentation or distortion.

As long as we process your personal data, you have various data protection rights.
